Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love every bite! If your order arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please email us at SincerelySugarLLC@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our kitchen, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you can’t find it, please reach out to the carrier directly. If the package is officially declared lost, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom & Bulk Orders

All custom and bulk orders are non-refundable. We recommend double-checking your details before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.
