Processing Time

All orders are freshly baked and packaged to order.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. (Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.)

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size. Shipping 1 box will cost $6.99, 2 boxes will cost $7.99, 3 boxes will cost $9.99. Orders with 4 boxes or more will offer FREE SHIPPING!
Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days once your order has left our kitchen.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number for the most accurate delivery updates.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is delayed once shipped, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our treats securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help make it right.
Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Local Delivery

We also offer local delivery for just $2 for customers within a 25 mile radius of Orange Park, FL. You can select this option at checkout if your address is within that radius. Within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll email/text you with delivery details.
